Tβ4 is a natural 43-amino-acid protein; TB-500 is described by FDA as a seven-amino-acid fragment.
Human trials used full-length Tβ4 eye drops and missed or narrowly missed their main goals.
FDA found no human exposure data for the TB-500 fragment.
MGF has no human trials, and an independent lab couldn't reproduce its key muscle-cell effects.
