By using this website, creating an account, or buying an Academy plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “the site” mean the operators of The Peptide Compendium and Peptide Compendium Academy at peptidecompendiumacademy.com. “You” means anyone who visits or uses the site.

1. Education and information only

The Peptide Compendium and the Academy are an educational data tool and course platform built on public information and published studies. Everything on the site is for general education and information only.

• Not medical advice. Nothing on this site is medical, health, legal or professional advice, and nothing here is a diagnosis, treatment or recommendation for any person. Using the site does not create a doctor-patient or any other professional relationship.
• Not our opinion. The information on each page is a summary of the public sources listed on that page, such as peer-reviewed studies, clinical trial records, official drug labels and regulator publications. It reports what those sources say. It is not our opinion, and it is not a statement that any compound is safe, effective, legal or right for you.
• Doses are reported, not recommended. Where a dose appears, it is the amount used in a published human study or printed on an official label, and it is shown only so readers can understand that research. It is not a recommendation, a protocol or a dosing schedule.
• Talk to a licensed clinician before starting, stopping or changing any medicine or substance. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

2. Accuracy and sources

We work to keep every page accurate and linked to its sources, but research, approvals and laws change, and summaries can contain mistakes. All content, including Academy lessons, quizzes and flashcards, is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise that it is complete, current or error-free. Always check the original sources linked on each page. If you find an error, please tell us through the contact page.

3. We sell no peptides

The site does not sell, supply, broker or recommend any peptide, drug or other substance, and it does not endorse any seller, brand or clinic. The only things for sale on the site are Academy course plans (section 6).

4. The planner and other tools

The site offers tools such as the peptide planner, calendar sync, calculators and simulators.

• The planner shows only what you enter. It is a personal notebook and calendar. It does not recommend, check or approve any compound, amount or schedule, and it does not give medical advice.
• Calculators only do arithmetic on the numbers you type in. They do not tell you what amount to use. Check every result yourself.
• You are fully responsible for what you enter in any tool and for any decision you make.

5. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy a plan.
• Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in or your paid access with anyone else.
• Academy and planner accounts are member accounts only. They do not give access to the site’s administration.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time through the contact page.

6. Academy plans, payment and no refunds

Plans. The Academy offers three plans:

Prices shown at checkout are the prices that apply. We may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not affect a plan you have already bought.

One-time payment, no subscription. Paid plans are a single payment. There are no recurring charges.

Lifetime access. A paid plan gives you access to that plan’s Academy content for as long as the Academy is offered. We may update, reorganize or replace lessons, quizzes and flashcards over time to keep them accurate.

Payment. Payments are processed by PayPal through our WooCommerce checkout. You can pay by card, Google Pay, PayPal or PayPal Pay Later where offered. We do not see or store your full card details. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

No refunds. Academy plans are digital content that is made available to you immediately and can be downloaded (for example lessons and printable flashcards). For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including for partly used or unused plans, once your purchase is complete. This does not affect any right you may have that the law in your country does not allow to be excluded.

Billing errors only. A billing error means our records show you were charged twice for the same plan, or charged more than the price shown at checkout. In that case we will return only the extra amount, and you keep your plan. You must tell us within 30 days of the charge. A charge that matches the price shown at checkout is not a billing error.

Chargebacks. If you dispute a valid payment with your bank or PayPal, we may suspend your paid access while the dispute is open.

Certificates. Certificates of completion show that you finished an Academy course. They are not a professional license, credential, accreditation or qualification, and they do not authorize anyone to prescribe, give or advise on any substance.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell, republish or share Academy content, downloads or your paid access;
• use automated tools to collect content from the site in bulk;
• use the site’s content to train, fine-tune or test artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems, or to build a database or dataset from it;
• try to get into accounts, systems or areas you are not allowed to use, or interfere with how the site works;
• use the site or its content to sell, market or promote any substance;
• present the site’s content, or an Academy certificate, as medical advice or as a professional qualification;
• break any law while using the site.

8. Ownership and permitted use

The site’s text, summaries, lessons, quizzes, flashcards, images, design and software belong to us or our licensors. Facts and the studies we cite belong to their own authors and publishers.

• Free pages: you may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back to the source page. Do not republish whole pages without permission.
• Academy content and downloads: you may use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may print flashcards for your own use. You may not sell, share, post or distribute them. Each Academy lesson carries a hidden code linked to the account that opened it, so shared copies can be traced, and an account may be limited for a while if it opens lessons much faster than a person can read.

If an account breaks these rules, we may suspend or close it, and we may ask websites and search engines to remove copied content.

9. Outside links and services

Links to journals, regulators and other outside websites are for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. Payments are handled by PayPal and are also subject to PayPal’s own terms. The site is hosted on WordPress.com.

10. No warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site, its tools and the Academy are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage that comes from using, or relying on, the site, its tools or its content, including any decision about any substance.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Academy in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50 if you paid nothing.

12. Your responsibility

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that arise because you broke these terms or misused the site or its content.

13. Changes to the site and to these terms

We may change, add or remove parts of the site over time. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its “last updated” date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. If you live in California, nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under California consumer law. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
